We are currently hiring a hands-on culinary genius whose primary purpose will be to achieve catering revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals under the supervision of the Executive Chef. Responsible for overseeing menu planning, food presentation and preparation, the upkeep of the kitchen, managing the staff, inventory and labor budgets.
