    Down One Bourbon Bar occupies a unique place in the Louisville Restaurant landscape. We are an important

    stop on the Urban Bourbon Trail, We are at the access point to the Riverfront, The Downtown, and

    The Yum Center. We sit next to the largest Hotel in the region, and in the heart of the Office District

    of Louisville.


    Down One is seeking a career minded server, who has an engaging personality, the ability to work well on a team, ability to remain level headed and even tempered in busy situations, and someone who is trustworthy and organized. This is an opportunity to demonstrate your skills in the "GO-TO" location on Whiskey row!


    To provide excellent customer service, by taking food and drink orders efficiently, delivering food and drink items in a timely manner and  with a smile.  Server is required to know menu items to be able to answer any questions guests may have.


    • Previous serving experience is a plus.
    • Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, and carry up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.
    • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and move from area to area in the kitchen.
