We are currently hiring an experienced Event Services Manager, with exceptional guest services skills, who will be responsible for Client Relationship Management. Will establish rapport and entertain meeting planners while promoting hotel facilities and services. Will coordinate and host Site Inspections, Planning Meetings, Pre-Convention Meetings as outlined in Convention Services departmental guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to occasionally work outside of normal business hours including some nights, weekends and holidays.
Ensure all essential communication is appropriately recorded into Delphi including but not limited to correspondence regarding billing, meeting room rental, and changes in Function Space.
Prepare post-convention reports.
