We offer six restaurants and lounges; 130,000 square feet of meeting space; 53 meeting rooms; over 1,300 guest rooms; the city’s best fitness center; and six retail outlets.  


    We are currently seeking a positive and energetic Front Office Agent who has an engaging personality and outstanding customer service background. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills and always wears a smile.  Front Office Agents must also be eager to continuously learn and adapt to change as well as have the desire of creating memorable guest experiences by providing exceptional guest service.   


    • Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests;
    • Secure payment; activate/reissue room keys. document exceptions;
    • Verify and/or adjust billing for guests;
    • Clear departures in computer system;
    • Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns;
    • File guest paperwork or documentation;
    • Run and check daily reports, contingency lists, and credit card authorization reports;
    • Supply guests with directions and information;
    • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns and follow up to ensure guests' satisfaction;

    • Arrange transportation for guests/visitors;

    • Count and secure bank at beginning and end of shift;
    • Cash guests' checks, process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, charges, and provide change;
    • Other duties as assigned.


    • High School Diploma or GED;
    • 2 years of customer service experience preferably in the hospitality industry;
    • Must be knowledgeable of Louisville and the surrounding area with the capability of providing information and directions to local attractions;

    • Basic computer and math skills;

    • Professional telephone etiquette and office skills;
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills;
    • Ability to analyze and solve problems;
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time throughout shift.
