    We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager who will support the General Manager with managing the daily operations of the front and back of the house. A successful candidate must be customer focused with a strong desire to support our brand by providing our guests with the best hospitality experience possible in a fast-paced environment. 

     

     

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include ensuring operational standards are communicated, trained and maintained in the restaurant. In this leadership role, you ensure optimal restaurant financial results, outstanding guest service and food quality, while providing the General Manager and team of associates with opportunities to be successful.

    Qualifications

    3-5 years of restaurant management experience required including supervising front and back of the house staff.   

    Front of the house customer service,  host and bar experience required.

    Back of the house culinary experience required to include the art of food preparation, cooking and food presentation. 

    Must have physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 to 50 pounds, carrying, bending and reaching overhead may be required. 

    High School Diploma, some college preferred.
