    We are currently hiring an experienced Revenue Manager who will assist in the management and oversight of guestroom inventory for the hotel(s) and maximizing total hotel room revenue across the market segments to include transient, group and contract business. Assist in gathering an analysis of data for distribution, yield and pricing for guestroom accommodations to optimize revenue and profit for the hotel.


    • Updating all distribution channels, including CRS, PMS, OTA, and extranets on a daily basis in terms of room availability, rate structure, and restrictions to reflect hotel yield strategies.
    • Maintaining accurate property management system (PMS), revenue management system (RMS) and central reservation system (CRS) information.
    • Utilizing Hotelligence suite of products to analyze market trends and opportunities.
    • Monitor and analyze weekly STAR reports.
    • Extract and analyzes data in order to draw viable/actionable business conclusions.
    • Analyzes period end and other available systems data to identify trends, future need periods and obstacles to achieving goals.
    • Assist in preparation of room’s revenue forecasts, budgets, and long range planning.
    • Work in liaison with hotels group sales to contribute to development of sales goals, pricing and selling strategy.
    • Assist in management of transient protected / group allotments.
    • Utilize reservations system and demand forecasting systems (where appropriate) to determine, implement and control selling strategies.
    • Monitor distribution channels for hotel positioning, information accuracy and competitor positioning.
    • Review end of month statistics, provide critical analysis of performance and future trends.
    • Ensure that technical questions relating to all systems related to room inventory are escalated to the correct support destination in a timely manner
    • Lead the rate loading process
    • Manage room type inventory, working closely with the group reservations team.
    • Understand the working relationship between all systems related to room inventory.
    • Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with stakeholders in the revenue management process.
    • Reporting as necessary for the purposes of analysis/feedback.                     



    • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
    • Two years hotel experience in revenue management.
    • Experience wit Opera property management system preferred but not required.
    • Experience with Ideas revenue management system preferred but not required.
    • Brand experience preferred but not required.
    • Excellent grammar, speech, spelling and communication skills.
    • Excellent knowledge of computer systems.
    • Extreme accuracy with numbers.
    • Knowledge of hotel budgets preferred.
    • General forecasting skills.

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Relationship management skills.

    This is a full-time exempt position with the expectation to work normal business hours to ensure business needs are met during the operation of the department.  Hours outside of the normal business hours may be necessary when completing a special project, timely reporting, or other assigned duties. This position requires minimal travel in the local area.
